Q: What delivery methods do you offer and how they differs?

A: There are 4 methods of delivery:

Standard – We deliver as cheaply as possible. This method is usually used for pallet shipping, but it could also be used for parcel shipping. You will receive a tracking number or an estimated delivery date. This is the most common shipping method.

Express – We deliver as quickly as possible. This method is usually used for parcel shipping, but it could also be used for pallet shipping. Our trusted providers include DPD, DHL, UPS, TNT (FedEx).

Pallet shipping with tracking number – We deliver as reliably as possible. We rely on established providers like DB Schenker and Dachser, who have been tried and tested over time.

Self pick-up – We don’t deliver. Instead, you come to us to pick up your order or send your own delivery company to pick it up.

Q: How can i track my order?

A: If you have received a tracking number, simply use it. If not, please contact your manager to inquire about the status of your order. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in your account under "My Orders".

Q: How long does delivery take?

A:  Usually, it takes 1 to 3 days across Baltics and 5 to 10 days across Europe to deliver your order.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A:  The delivery cost is calculated based on various factors such as the weight and volume of the goods being shipped, the distance between the origin and destination, the method of transportation, and any additional services or fees required. After you place your order, we will ask for offers from leading logistic companies and choose the most relevant one according to your preference. We will then offer you a quote.

Q: Is there any MOQ to make an order?

A: There are no MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities). We understand that sometimes this may be inconvenient for our customers, so we do not set any MOQs for the order amount ourselves. However, the supplier may provide such conditions that include MOQs for a specific product, and there are two options: either this item can be ordered by opening the packaging, for which an additional fee will be charged (Ledvance, PHILIPS), or it cannot be ordered in quantities less than a certain amount.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: No. Our pricing b2b policy - we provide you with such a cheap price that we can't make shipping free.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:  We ship worldwide to countries where the import of goods is permitted by the European Union.

Q: When my order will be dispatched?

A: Received orders could be dispatched same working day or next (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays in Latvia), with the condition, that payment (including debts) has been received and all items of the order are in stock.

Q: How are delivery delays handled?

A:  If you notice that your shipment is delayed, you can contact your manager, who will inform you about the reason for the delay, provide updated timelines, and discuss further steps to resolve the situation.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

A:  Please refer to the Return page.
