The AUS15.2 mounting box is used in buildings that have board walls. The holes are made with a hole saw (AT1, or equivalent). After the required conduit or cable inlets have been knocked out, the box is inserted in the hole. Turning the screws clockwise tightens the fastener against the board and secures the box in place. Conduits and cables are attached by using inlets that are pushed through from inside the box. Made of halogen free material (IEC/61249-2-21) and fulfills the requirements of the glow wire test according to the standard IEC/EN60670: 2005 (850 °C).
