Evaluation unit for full motor protection (bistable) Size S00...S12, class 5...30 Stand-alone installation Main circuit: -- Auxiliary circuit: Screw terminal Manual-Automatic-Reset solid-state overload relay SIRIUS 3RB23 for higher-level applications for the current and temperature-based protection of loads with normal and heavy starting against impermissibly high heat generation.
Thanks to particularly wide current setting ranges and various tripping characteristics, entire series of motors are covered with just a few types. With their low heat loss, they are particularly energy-efficient and help to minimize temperature rises in the control cabinet. Worldwide approvals (e.g. IEC and UL/CSA) and applications in hazardous areas (ATEX) are a matter of course.
The devices can be supplied with monostable or bistable output relays. In addition, versions are available with communication via IO-Link. They are all available with screw or spring-loaded terminals for fast, maintenance-free and vibration-proof connection.
For each 3RB22/23/24 overload relay you will require one 3RB29 current detection module and one connecting cable. In addition, you can use the function expansion modules to optimize the auxiliary contacts for the functionality required in each case.
