Kirjeldus

This product is part of the Lexium ILA, ILE, ILS range, an offer of motion integrated drives for motion control. The integrated motion drive with a 6-pole brushless DC motor features a Profibus DP communication interface, tapered worm gearbox (reduction ratio 92/1 or 735/5) and maximum mechanical speed of 54RPM. It is equipped with an encoder (12 points/turn). Integration of the motor and the control electronics reduces the installation costs. The synchronous servo motor with a rated supply voltage of 24V to 36V DC and a maximum continuous current consumption of 5500mA. The winding type is medium rotation speed. It is furnished with industrial connector for electrical connection. It is an IP41 (shaft bushing) and IP54 (total except shaft bushing) rated product. Its dimensions are 66mm (Width) x 104mm (Height) x 229mm (Depth), centring collar diameter is 36mm. It weighs 2.3kg. It is suitable for printing, paper, packaging, handling, labelling, textile industry, electronics manufacture and medical technology applications. This product is certified by CE, TUV, CUL and UL. It meets EN/IEC 61800-3, EN 61800-3, 2001, second environment, IEC 60072-1, EN/IEC 50178, EN 61800-3, 2001-02, IEC 61800-3, Ed 2 and EN 50347 standards. It supports 66mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. The following operating modes can be set via the communication bus such as electronic gearbox (for drive ILA1x57 with single turn encoder), speed profile, manual (JOG), point-to-point and homing.
