Description

This smart antenna is part of the XG range, an offer of RFID readers and tags. RFID, Radio Frequency Identification, refers to radio frequency identification systems, 13.56 MHz. It is an Ethernet smart antenna, equipped with two M12 connectors, enabling up to 32 smart antennas to be daisy-chained. This form 80 compact smart antenna is dedicated to Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP protocols. Depending on the associated tags, its sensing distance is 20mm to 100mm. Its degree of protection is IP65. This antenna operates at ambient air temperature from -25°C to +70°C. It features a 80mm x 93mm x 40mm compact case, two M12 connectors and one M8 connector. This smart antenna is suitable for many applications. Logistics, tracking and sorting of baggage, traceability in the food processing industry, flexible assembly lines in the automotive sector, automatic toll booths and access control. It complies with EN 301489-1, EN 301489-3, ETS 300330-1, and ETS 300330-2 standards and CE, cULus, IC, FCC part 15 certifications. Female M8 pre-wired supply connectors, 4-pin, to be ordered separately, are available to facilitate the connection of this antenna. Mounting with four CHC type screws.
