1. We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:
a) You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the products if you discover any defects or damages.
b) To initiate a return, please fill out the return or exchange form and send it to [email protected].
c) Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. If you do not inspect the delivered goods within 7 days of receiving them, it will be assumed that you have accepted the delivery.
3. Defects in a part of the delivered goods do not give the right to reject and / or non-payment of the delivered products.
4. We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned products before issuing refunds or replacements.
5. If the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping, we will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Upon receiving the returned products, we will assess the condition and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
7. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Products that are specially ordered for you, you cannot return.
9. You can return Goods that are covered by the warranty period in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
