Description
The Ethernet interface is used for communication in large networking ILU Xcomfort system. The ILUs are interconnected through a LAN network (existing or additional LAN network). The ILU communicates anything else with the Xcomfort radio technology. Depending on the application, the ILUs are configurable as LAN router or area knot. Xcomfort-routing is not possible, LAN routing can be used. If individual levels in which xComfort is used are networking among each other via LAN/WAN, the ECI N/O can also be used as area node. The MFR 2.0 or higher are necessary for the commissioning. A system integration with 3rd party applications, such as e.g. a central hotel software, is also possible. The mounting is carried out using a mounting base plate on the wall. The supply of the ECI LAN is carried out via the existing network (POE Power Over Ethernet). Attention!: Does not work with xComfort Bridge
