Description
This Acti 9 iPRF1 12.5r Type 1 and 2 fixed surge arrester protects 3P+N installations against direct lightning strikes. It is recommended for electrical installations in the service sector and industrial buildings. It also provides Type 2 protection by finely clipping the lightning wave overvoltage. The Acti 9 iPRF1 12.5r must be installed with an upstream disconnection device, such as a fuse or circuit-breaker. The associated circuit breaker Isc breaking capacity can go up to 50kA. This Acti 9 iPRF1 12.5r Master is suitable for use with TT and TN-S earthing connection systems. The Imax maximum discharge current is 50kA (8/20µs). The In nominal discharge current is 25kA. The Iimp impulse current (10/350µs) in DM differential mode (between phase and neutral) and earth is 12.5kA. The Iimp impulse current (10/350µs) in CM common mode (between neutral) and earth is 50kA.
