Description
INCREM. ENCODER 6FX2001-4NA10 WITH HTL, 100 P/R, OPERATING VOLTAGE 10-30 V, CLAMP FLANGE SHAFT 10 MM UNIVERSAL CABLE OUTGOING AXIAL/RADIAL CABLE 1M WITH CONNECTOR Optoelectronic mounted rotary encoders measuring systems motion control encoders incremental encoders with HTL for SINUMERIK, SIMOTION, SIMATIC, SINAMICS. Motion control encoders are optoelectronic mounted encoders that detect the traversing distances, angles of rotation, speeds or the positions of machine axes. Motion control encoders are direct measuring systems that are mounted onto shafts, axes or motors. They can be used in conjunction with numerical and programmable logic control systems, drives and position displays. Motion control encoders are system-tested, certified components that have been optimally harmonized for use with the following systems: SINUMERIK CNC systems, SIMOTION motion control systems, SIMATIC programmable logic control systems and SINAMICS drive systems. Incremental encoders detect relative movement and deliver a defined number of electrical pulses per revolution, which represent the measurement of the distance or angle traveled through. Incremental encoders operate on the principle of optoelectronic scanning of indexing disks based on the transmitted-light technique using an LED as light source. The light-dark modulation generated as the encoder shaft rotates is sensed by photoelectronic elements. With an appropriate arrangement of the line pattern on the indexing disk connected to the shaft and the fixed aperture, the photoelectronic elements provide two track signals A and B at 90° to one another, as well as a reference signal R. The encoder electronics amplify these signals and convert them into different output levels. Incremental encoders with HTL interface and an operating voltage of 10 V to 30 V are available with synchro flange or clamping flange. The connection is either established via an axial flange-mounted socket, a radial flange-mounted socket or a 1 m cable with connector (universal, integrated cable outlet for axial and radial output directions). The encoders are available with a resolution of 100-2500 S/R (signals/revolution). SINUMERIK, SIMOTION, SIMATIC, SINAMICS - perfectly harmonized drive components.
