Über eine Funktionsprüftaste kann ein Wechsel der Kontaktstellung simuliert werden, um die korrekte Anzeige der Kontaktposition ohne Schalten des Hauptgeräts zu prüfen. Die Wechsler erfüllen die Anforderungen der Schutztrennung. Sie sind geeignet für SELV- und PELV-Stromkreise. Der Hilfsschalter ist werkzeuglos anbaubar an dafür vorgesehene S750DR 1-4-polige-Geräte.
