Without wearing parts, such as fans or hard disks, and equipped with die-cast aluminum fronts, SIMATIC ITCs are especially robust and maintenance-free. The devices can be almost any distance from the server system over Industrial Ethernet. A Gigabit LAN interface, integrated web browser, and a variety of supported protocols provide a high degree of flexibility and fast communication with other systems.
